Broking Executive
Responsibilities:
- To service existing and new clients’ general insurance needs
- Understand the clients’ requirements, provide insurance advice & quotation to clients by working together with insurance partners to obtain the best rates and terms
- To review, negotiate renewal terms and retain renewal business
- To increase clientele portfolio by developing new business
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ level / diploma holder with minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Advantageous if candidate possesses Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) &/or Certificate in Health Insurance (CHI)
- Experience in handling sales & customers enquiries
- Excellent communication skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meticulous in documentation and pays attention to details
- Keen to learn and has positive work attitude in a fast-paced working environment
- A team player with excellent attitude towards customer service
