Broking Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To service existing and new clients’ general insurance needs
  • Understand the clients’ requirements, provide insurance advice & quotation to clients by working together with insurance partners to obtain the best rates and terms
  • To review, negotiate renewal terms and retain renewal business
  • To increase clientele portfolio by developing new business

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ level / diploma holder with minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Advantageous if candidate possesses Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) &/or Certificate in Health Insurance (CHI)
  • Experience in handling sales & customers enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meticulous in documentation and pays attention to details
  • Keen to learn and has positive work attitude in a fast-paced working environment
  • A team player with excellent attitude towards customer service
